It’s true. Obama pals around with terrorists. It is not a smear.

The right choice was Duncan Hunter...but it’s all moot now

Obama is a thin skinned girlie man.

Unfortunately, he didn’t have enough energy to make it through.

I gave to his campaign, and would have loved to see him win, but he needs a good workout regimen before he runs again. The guy seems older than his years.

Fred was too slow to organize. Fred & Mitt would have been great. We can and will still win.

Donate and volunteer.

I supported Fred, by now, in hindsight, I believe the only one that could definitively slam dunk Obama would have been Romney.

I say that because Romney showed pretty well during the primaries that he could counterpunch effectively.

After Fred was out I warmed up to Romney just because of that....

Watching McCain’s Bob Dole routine is just re-affirming my decision to leave the Republican party in 1996.

Make no mistake though, I did call ROmney the Republican John Kerry so there’s no love affair there either...

Palin 2012, despite McCain winning in ‘08

Agree with McCain not being capable.

BUT, the right pick was Duncan Hunter!

I was for Fred. McCain is my candidate now and if you can not see why it is important then you should stop and think a bit about what the prospect of an Obama Presidency unleashed. McCain is doing great tonight in this debate. I’m bordering on being impressed for once. Sure some of the things McCain says will always rub me wrong(Climate change is one of them) but 4 years of Obama would rub me broke and the lives of unborn, the elderly and the least capable to defend themselves including the minds of our children would be placed at risk.

McCain will not betray America, he will keep his word to cut spending and probably piss everyone off, God knows he has kept his word when he could’ve easily broken it to please us and please the President. So please stop looking backwards. We have an election to win and by God if you aren’t going to help win it please control yourself and get out of the way.
We don’t have the luxury of fair weather friends wishing for things that are not available.

I agree with this thread. Fred should have been the nominee instead of McInsane.

Fred was not right choice if he didn't want it bad enough.
McCain did, does, and is capably kicking Obama’s ass right now.

Then he should have run a better campaign. Between the two, McCain was the life of the party.

Fred was outstanding in debates. My husband and I were talking about that tonight. Would have loved to see Fred rip into Obama.

Duncan Hunter was right on a lot of things but he was a tree stump on personality in the debates.

McCain did well tonight. Get over it.
