Controversial US religious figure Jesse Jackson on Tuesday told the first World Policy Forum in France that if elected president, Barack Obama will throw off the shackles of what he called Zionist control of American policy.
In remarks carried by The New York Post, Jackson claimed that powerful Zionists and Zionist lobbies have for decades forced consecutive US governments to put Israels interests first when forming policy regarding the Middle East.

Scary stuff.
Is it lawful to call Jesse Jackson a bigot? A racist? An anti-Semite? Or do those labels only apply against white folk?
but 75% of american jews will still vote for obamao.
tonight another boring debate.
mccain will look dead again, and obamao will be passed along by his tv media.
OM_.......I wonder if the American Public will get really tired of hearing this crap when it’s spewed day after day, not only from ABCNBCCBSPBSCNN, but from the White House...IF Hussien is elected....
THis ought to help with the Jewish vote,,,if this doesn’t make all Jews vote for McCain,,nothing will.
Makes me wonder if Jesse wants Obama to lose?
I’m hoping we can end leftist control of America.
And where are the pro-McCain adverts? I see nothing but Obama ads whenever I watch TV live.

Rev Wright, Barak's pastor for 20 years, OFTEN wrote in his church's weekly bulletin about how evil Israel would be overcome...he often wrote of speakers (Palestinian) coming to the church to speak on the vile Israelites, etc. DON'T TELL ME BARAK MISSED OUT ON THIS! I WOULD NOT BELIEVE IT FOR A MINUTE!!!
Apparently, on the thread that ran here on FR a week or so ago, a FREEPER had either downloaded copies of some of the bulletins written by Rev Wright and linked to them or found a website that had saved them( I read them.....TALK ABOUT RACIST CRAP! )cause ya can't get to the bulletins anymore on Rev Wright's Trinity Church website anymore.....LOL....WONDER WHY????
Dirtbags.
I believe that Rev. Wright wants Israel wiped off the map.
I believe his buddy Louis Farrakan wants Israel wiped off the map.
I believe many in Rev. Wright's church want the zionist pigs penned and shunned.
AND I BELIEVE THAT BARAK AND MICHELLE OBAMA DISPISE THE JEWISH PEOPLE OR THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT THAT RACIST CHURCH YEARS AGO INSTEAD OF HAVING THEIR CHILDREN BAPTISED THERE.
IF 80% of OBAMA's blood linked family are MUSLIM.........as stated by Michelle herself....THEN OF COURSE BARAK HAS LIVED A LIFE FULL OF ANTI-JEWISH CRAP!!!!!!!!
Love that the mainstream media would hurt SO MANY of their fellow Americans by NOT investigating these issues!
Typical.
And yeah, old Jesse Jackson, poverty pimp and race baiter par none, was SPOT ON on this one!
Keep talking Jesse! Everytime you open your mouth you move people away from BHO.
I was talking to my grandfather a month or so ago and told me he thought America's success as a relatively young country was largely because of two things: 1) the founding of our country was based on Biblical principles with God as a major cornerstone, and 2) Our support of Israel and the Jewish people. Obviously, there are other factors to thank for our success, but I have no doubt in my mind that God has blessed our country for our support of Israel and the Jewish peoples. Also, I don't have to think too hard to imagine an Obama administration turning its back on our greatest friend and ally in the entire world (much less the Mid-East).
On another note, the interests of America and Israel should be right in line with one another. And finally, when Rev. Jackson said we were putting Israel's interests first, it pained me to find a flaw in that. Wasn't it just a few weeks ago a report came out stating Ehud Olmert asked for the green-light to attack Iran and Bush declined? Sadly, I'm sure there are other examples of America not putting Israeli interests first.
God help us if Obama is elected.
Israel doesn’t need Jesse Jackson.
We as a country are going to get the wrath of God for turning against Israel. Other great nations in the psst have been reduced down to nothing for screwing with Israel. Thanks to Obama if he gets in, I hate to say but we have some very hard times ahead.
The Obama goons are claiming Jesse has nothing to do with Obama. Jesse’s son is the co-chair of Obama’s campaign. Jesse was making an early victory lap.
How important is this for Jews and Israel? Golda Meir made an urgent call as Israel was staring at the abyss. “Mr. President we need help.” Israel had no other countries to turn to. The Arabs were winning. The President’ss advisors said the Europeans and Arabs will be furious if we get involved. Do nothing. Without a blink - the President said “send Israel everything they need and everything we got as fast as possible.” U.S. cargo planes flew 24x7. Israel won the war and survived.
The President? Richard Nixon.
Israel has another woman Prime Minister. What if she has to make that same call and Obama is the President? My guess is he will tell her to go to the UN.

CAMPAIGN 2008: Jesse Jackson speculates that an Obama administration would end decades of putting Israel first | Cal Thomas
Just as the Obama campaign seemed to be making progress in tamping down rumors about his alleged Muslim background and that he might be a "Manchurian candidate" for the Arab-Islamic world, up steps the Rev. Jesse Jackson to upset the falafel cart.
Jackson, who doesn't speak for the Obama campaign and has no role in it, was in Evian, France, the home of the preferred water of Volvo-driving liberals, where he spoke with columnist and author Amir Taheri about what he thinks the foreign policy in an Obama administration would look like. Jackson said things would start to improve in an Obama administration because "decades of putting Israel first" would come to an end.
"Bush was so afraid of a snafu and of upsetting Israel that he gave the whole thing a miss," Jackson told Taheri. "Barack will change that, because, as long as the Palestinians haven't seen justice, the Middle East will remain a source of danger to us all. Barack is determined to repair our relations with the world of Islam and Muslims," Jackson said. "Thanks to his background and ecumenical approach, he knows how Muslims feel while remaining committed to his own faith."
What could this mean? Jackson, who is in denial about the enormous progress in Iraq (he still maintains the war is lost and that toppling the monster Saddam Hussein was an "illegal act"), is sending a message of some sort. Is it a message he hopes will undermine Obama, because he is jealous that Obama has replaced him as America's most famous black leader? What does he mean when he speaks of Obama's "background"? Obama has maintained he is not now, nor has he ever been, a Muslim, which most people accept. So what is Jackson getting at?
And what could he possibly mean by claiming the Palestinians have been denied justice? By their leaders, certainly they have. Palestinians could have had their own state a long time ago. They were offered one in 1948 and in years since, but their leaders have made no secret that they want not just part of the land, but all of it, thereby eliminating Israel.
What about justice for the Jews? Apparently that doesn't count with Jackson, who once called New York City "Hymietown." Why wouldn't Jackson support Israel, the region's only democracy, with a second—Iraq—headed in that direction? Why does Jackson see Israel and its elected government as inferior to Arab dictatorships and a Palestinian leadership that slaughtered those who wanted to cut a peace deal with Israel long before recent elections put the terrorist group Hamas in charge?
With Jackson, determining motive is not difficult. Jackson is out for Jackson and his interests above all others and all else. Jackson has been cozy with the Muslim world for years. He has been on the receiving end of their contributions for his political campaigns and various organizations.
There is nothing wrong with any Arab or Muslim individual or organization properly donating to a legal entity for whatever political purpose the individual or group wishes to support. But many Arab-Americans have made no secret that their quest for political power is intended to change U.S. policy toward Israel, which can only lead to its destruction. And the destruction of Israel is issue number one for most of the radical Muslims in the world, coming just slightly ahead of the destruction of America.
In the matter of repairing our relations with radical Arabs and Muslims, there is only one way to do that from their perspective and that is to sell out Israel. Obama, says Jackson, "knows how Muslims feel." Really? Does he know that in their sermons, their media, and their textbooks they recruit the young as suicide bombers, accuse Jews of causing AIDS, and all the world's other ills, and teach that their God wants all Jews (and Christians, which presumably would include the "useful idiot" Jesse Jackson) dead? How does one empathize with such thinking?
Has Jesse Jackson exposed something about Barack Obama that those committed to voting for him should know before the election? It would seem so and Obama ought to be asked about it. The media should not allow him to get away with less than a forthright response.

Yeah. Right.
