Another rotten fish in the Pelosi Swamp.
Florida congressman and Barack Obama Florida campaign chairman Democrat Robert Wexler has allegedly filed 25 amended FEC reports in the days immediately following Bill O'Reilly busting him in front of his Maryland home on camera.
Robert Wexler's opponent Edward Lynch seems to have a compelling argument that there is much more to this story that needs to be revealed. Wexler's campaign allegedly submitted 25 amended FEC reports between 7/23/08 (one day after O'Reilly busted him) and 7/30/08.
Here is the report from Wexlers Web:

Boca Raton, Bay of the Rats...... how appropriate.
IIRC O’Reilly tried to level some sort of non-residency charge against Wexler for using his parent’s condo as his home of residence in the district. O’Reilly’s stuff was laughable, the charge might be embarassing but it wasn’t illegal. But this seems to a horse of an entirely different color. This indicates some sort of financial improprieties between Wexler and Newbridge Securities. And if the blog is true and it’s to cover up cash transactions and money laundering then Wexler could be facing indictment and serious charges sometime soon. Hopefully after the election, when it can be dragged out in the news longer and cause more embarassing questions.
This is even more apropos for all the Dem politicians around there sucking money out of the area as they roll around in the muck of corruption guffawing at how easy it is to hose the taxpayers during their lifetime sinecures.

This is one "Maryland" Congress Creep I'd like to see lose his seat.
If indicted and he resigns, does the governor get to appoint his replacement?
Not for House seats. The governor has to call a special election to fill the remainder of the term.
