The conservative blogosphere is buzzing about a potential bombshell -- Obama may have had an affair with a former staffer named Vera Baker. See here, here and here. According to the rumor, Baker has now been "exiled" to the Caribbean on Michelle Obama's orders.
Who is Vera Baker and is this story true? I don't know. Apparently, some of the uncertainty centers on whether Baker actually served on Obama's staff, in particular as finance director. Although this hardly constitutes proof of an affair, this 2004 piece from the National Journal confirms that Baker did in fact serve as Obama's finance director.

I honestly don’t think they have any political agenda. They want to sell magazines, PERIOD. There goal is to get there brand name to the national headlines.

Honestly, I don’t know why anyone would want to be prez for the next 4 years. Too many problems, and unlike the sheeple, I don’t believe the president can wave a magic wand and fix them.
From what I understand, this is more than just an affair, there is corruption attached to it. Reporters are supposedly sitting on it, but it is big.
Remember the media and Democrat playbook (This chapter of the playbook comes from 1997, and shall be used as long as there are liberals).

Yeah, that is very (sadly) true.
Obama loses in a landslide if this is confirmed. Suddenly, all the so-called “personal attacks” will gain traction. People will ask: did we really want an adulterer who attended a racist church for 20 years and pals around with terrorists? You’d think the latter two would be sufficient, but I think the affair would open the floodgates for the average voter.
This is just a false flag story to provide Obama with a ‘beard’. That way fewer people may believe he was Larry Sinclairs crack whore in 1999.

Of course, my post on Neocon Latina does not confirm the affair. But it does provide very clear proof that Baker did serve as Obama’s finance chair, proof that had heretofore been missing.
My guess its about Money Laundring of campaign donations received thru the internet web site. Three hours after I posted this today on FR. Her site was taken down off the net.

The McCain folks filed a complaint last week. Hopefully its investigated prior to the election. Its another Acorn type fraud issue.

If that’s true, it’s quite sad that adultery ranks higher in the list of offenses than attending church for 20 years with a racist, America hating Pastor. Or for that matter, launching your career in the home of a terrorist. Or being tied to ACORN, etc...
Of course if Obama used the same line he uses for every other miscreant that he associates with for this particular scandal, it would be delicious to hear him say:
“That is not the Barack Obama I once knew”.
