Thank you for sharing this! I agree, if he’s a natural born citizen why not produce his birth certificate? This guy’s got the grandmother in Kenya saying 1 thing, grandma in Hawaii another, sister saying yet 1 more thing and Obama saying a 4th! Someone’s lying!

At the beginning of the Democrat primary season, the Obama team produced a re-mix of Apple’s famous 1984 commercial, called Vote Differernt, saying at the end “... and you’ll see why 2008 won’t be like 1984”.
Well, the tone of the Obama campaign sure feels like 1984 is just starting.

Not sure about the public funding, but I'd think that whatever documentation BHO provided to attest to his citizenship in order to become a US Senator would suffice. Anybody ever see anything about that? Of course, for the Senate you only need to be a citizen (not a natural born citizen) for nine years.....still, I've never seen nor heard anything about that.

Well, who knows on that one? All I know is that, so far, the judge has done nothing on a proposed order for Obama (and/or his campaign) to produce three documents (you can see Berg’s info for what that is).
It appears to be just “sitting there” and nothing happening.
I can just see it now. Obama gets elected and the judge rules that the case is mute because Obama is a sitting President and he has no authority to order the President to produce anything. And the case is put “on hold” until Obama is out of office and then it can proceed again... LOL...
On the other hand, if Obama loses, then the judge rules the case is mute, because he is not running for President... That’s how judges do these things... LOL...
What a racket! Or a catch-22! I suppose it wouldn’t be too off base to figure the judge is just twiddlin’ his thumbs right now.
That’s my guess — that the judge is twiddling his thumbs until the election is over...

I had to ask, because I honestly wasn’t sure. I’ve seen “mute” used in place of “moot” so many times, I’m starting to wonder if it’s part of FReeper lexicon. I’d look it up myself, but I stuned my beeber.
Bring this up in conversation and you will hear from Obama supporters “Yes, but it must be ok, because it is a Republican organization” or “Well, Ayers must be ok now because a Republican put him on the board and the Repbublicans running the board certainly have more to say about it than Obama did. So they must be guilty of associating with terrorists, too.”
I don’t know where they get these talking points. This must be broadcast 24/7 from the alphabet networks.
The people I hear this from are mostly uninformed, not well-read, don’t seem to be political junkies. They are not, AFAIK, readers of DU or Kos or anything like that. So how are they getting all this misinformation so fast??

Sure, it’s worth seeing, I think. It’s only 10 minutes, so that’s nothing, in terms of time. It’s basically an intro to the production company that made the video and then an interview of Berg, who then “states the case”. It sums up everything pretty nicely, in a nutshell and it’s “clean and professional”...
But, when the video started out, I was a little bit wary when I saw it was from Illuminati Pictures... LOL...

Well, as long as he’s a nut job that belongs to the Democrats, I guess that’s okay... LOL...
But, really, this is good material for the Democrats to hear *from a Democrat* — and they can’t dispute his long history with the Democrats. AND..., if any Democrat wants to object, then you can ask them how they put up with a nut for so long and how they could let him be such an influential member of their party and involved in their state like that (in such high positions...)... :-)
I really don’t care what he thinks about the 9/11 situation and if he blames Bush or whatever he thinks about it — as long as he’s in the Democrats’ camp (which he is...).
Here’s a theoretical question for you -— LET’s SAY THAT OBAMA DOES NOT PRODUCE PROOF OF NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP AND IT GOES TO THE SUPREME COURT IN A WEEK...
What do you think the justices will decide ?
I can think of the following possibilities :
A) Demand Obama to produce his birth certificate BEFORE November 4 or else rescind his candidacy.
B) Decide that Obama is “assumed” to be a natural born citizen even if he cannot produce it ( they can rationalize that someone is innocent until proven guilty ).
C) Dismiss the Philip Berg suit as a nuisance lawsuit.
D) Decide that whether he is a natural born citizen or not is a minor issue since it would be too late to withdraw his candidate now as millions (in fact the majority ) of voters a ready and willing to vote for him.
Possibility D isn’t far fetch since the once great state of NJ actually ignored election laws and decided that Frank Lautenberg could be a last minute replacement for the bribery/scandal tainted Robert Torricelli even after the date of choice for official candidates have long expired under the reason of -— voters cannot be shortchanged of their candidates.
This is why JUDGES and JUSTICES who sit on the courts are extremely important. Some will decide to follow the constitution and the law. Others will make things up depending on political expediency.
I think Drudge knows full well about this case....I think this will be the flashing red/blue light on the Friday before the election....
