You asked — “So the judge isn’t going to do anything?”
Well, who knows on that one? All I know is that, so far, the judge has done nothing on a proposed order for Obama (and/or his campaign) to produce three documents (you can see Berg’s info for what that is).
It appears to be just “sitting there” and nothing happening.
I can just see it now. Obama gets elected and the judge rules that the case is mute because Obama is a sitting President and he has no authority to order the President to produce anything. And the case is put “on hold” until Obama is out of office and then it can proceed again... LOL...
On the other hand, if Obama loses, then the judge rules the case is mute, because he is not running for President... That’s how judges do these things... LOL...
What a racket! Or a catch-22! I suppose it wouldn’t be too off base to figure the judge is just twiddlin’ his thumbs right now.
Is “mute” like “hugh” and “series?”
