It’s Fun Seeing Evolution Falsified
Oct 8, 2008 — “Mysterious Snippets Of DNA Withstand Eons Of Evolution” is the strange title of an article on Science Daily. Gill Bejerano and Cory McLean from Stanford are wondering why large non-coding sections of DNA are very similar, or “ultraconserved,” from mice to man. Evolutionary theory would expect that non-functional genetic material would mutate more rapidly than genes. Yet for unknown reasons, the ultraconserved segments stay the same throughout the mammal order. Experiments have shown that mice with these sections deleted do just fine. Why would natural selection purify these regions if they are not essential for survival?...

BTW, you’re not supposed to be bouncing from church to church. You are supposed to know who your church leaders are, and if they have the right moral and spiritual qualification, place yourself under their spiritual authority.

Who is supposed to have charge over me? Nobody that I recognize. But I do receive instruction and do not forsake the fellowship of faith. I also recognize Pope Benedict XVI as the preeminent Biblical scholar of our age (the guy you say is an anti-Theist like me), and I like what I read in his book “Jesus of Nazareth”.

Nothing in there that would make me stick with a particular Church. Just make me not stay in one where the “Bishop” is a scumbag with a babies momma ( like Jesse Jackson).
Nothing there that would make me stick to one particular Christian creed. If someone claims to speak for God or make a false prophecy I am out of there.
Galatians 5:19-25

Read the rest of the verses, they all add up to what is required of a church leader, and what is required of the flock. If you don’t feel that you are in subjection to a particular church, then you are not a member of a flock, and you are not obeying the Bible.
PS Darwinian evolution is anti-Theist. Darwin admitted it himself, so did his “Bull Dog” Huxley, so does Richard Dawkins, etc, etc, etc, etc. All Christians who embrace Darwinian evolution—whether they be Catholic or Protestant or anything in between—have compromised their faith in the plain words of God’s creation account in the Bible.
Obviously, those versus fall under the moral and character requirements of any potential church leader.

Like I said, that which you provided as data, wasn’t data at all, it was merely discussion.
And when the Holy Spirit moves me to join a Church permanently I will, and it will be based upon the precepts of what is good and right among a Christian and a Church leader. Until then I will just go to whichever acceptable Church is closest and hope that I am serving Christ by doing so.
