Incorrect. The judge has not made such a decision (yet). Obama's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the case on the basis that Berg was trying to embarass Obama. Berg counterfiled.
Cant we just sign or call for a petition to demand his birth certificate so we can put this to rest?

Did this really happen? Every link to the "order" have have seen was drawn up by Berg and was never signed by a judge.
Getting past that though...how hard can it bloody be to just drop a cert on the judge's desk and call it a day? I could do it in all of about thirty minutes.
NOOOOOO Barry has to lawyer up and the DNC has to get into the mess.
There is something going on here and I've come to the conclusion by Obama and the DNC's actions (or lack thereof) that Barry isn't even a CITIZEN let alone a natural born one.
He would never do it, but McCain could put the entire national spotlight on this tonight with just a few words.

John Citizen gets stopped driving without a license but claims to have one. Does he
A. Not produce it and go to court on the driving without charge and try to get the case dismissed before hearing without producing the drivers license by hiring laywers
or
B. Takes the drivers license his registration crad his insurance card and a notorized document from the local notary/licenser that he did file for a drivers license at that location.
DUH John Citizen and anyone else would do B

Always assuming, of course, that's the issue that his lawyers are actually addressing. As a matter of principle I distrust any and all press releases from contending parties in any lawsuit -- they're not interested in presenting the full facts of the case; they're only interested in presenting their facts. Mr. Berg is no exception to this rule.
