I used to think that as well. And the reality is that I'm shocked there are ANY Republicans at all with the Democrat Media Propaganda machine.
Just out of curiosity, how much did you hear in the media from the Republicans who REFUSED to support the bailout? Not a single word? Do you think they would pass up free media for one second? But all we heard was PROPAGANDA from the Neo-Fascist Pelosi Party.
And did you hear anything at all from the Republicans who stayed in the House when the Neo-Fascist Pelosi party had the lights turned out because they protested not drilling for oil? Of course not.
It's time Republicans started to understand it's not that the Repubs are spineless, the Neo-Fascist Pelosi Party controls the propaganda machine of the media... Until that is completely, totally, and utterly destroyed and they are all begging bread it will always appear this way!

look, if we weren’t in the middle of an election cycle and actually had some decent time to explain to the masses how bad this bill was (like Comp Immigration Reform), there would have been harder fighting. The problem is for this election, their are just too many uneducated people and had the markets been allowed to “correct” by going down a couple thousand points, all anger would have been geared toward the GOP and we would be looking at a certain Socialist President and Congress who would basically just pass something similar when they got into office.
McCain got caught between a rock and a hard place. The bailout sucks, but politically he could not afford to not support it. He’s banked on the fact that having Palin on the ticket would give him the cover to survive (and it has) whilte at the same time denouncing the bill as “disgraceful”.
