When Sarah says she opposes gay marriage he knows she means it but when Biden (or any lefty) says it I think many gays assume that it is being said simply to get elected—all Biden misses was adding a wink and a nod.

Despite his vaunted intellect and his self-described “conservatism,” his politics are almost entirely emotional. At the moment, he is swept away with Obama like a schoolgirl. Intellect and reason aren’t part of the equation.
