I just feel a big prank coming on with this Birth Certificate issue.

I believe Obama has proof that he was born in Hawaii, but has been holding out...letting all the fuss fly about and the negative comments. He wouldn't be so stupid as to actually have no proof of U.S. citizenship. But he wants people to ramble on about it, so he is letting it be questioned, for the moment.

Then, in late October sometime he will produce it showing his birth in Hawaii - and that will up his poll numbers at the last minute. His team plays real dirty. Unfortunately they are also pretty clever it seems. I just think they know exactly when to reveal the Birth Certificate and will then try to make fools of McCain and the Republicans if they dare bring up the question in an ad or something.

I'm afraid that's only wishful thinking.

I thought at first he probably was born in Hawaii too, but I really started doubting this when the forgery of his COLB was put up on the Internet. My doubts were reinforced when he didn’t provide a copy after the Berg lawsuit was filed, and instead both he and the DNC filed motions to delay discovery.

The last straw was when I found out McCaskill, Leahy, Obama, and others submiited Senate Resolution 511 in April 2008 that recognized John McCain as a “natural born” citizen. The wording in this resolution comments that the “Constitution of the U.S. does not define the term “natural born” and “whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President”

Now why did these senators feel there was a need to address McCain’s “natural born” status when this issue was settled way back in 2000 when he first ran in a primary for president. In 2004 it was considered a non issue as well. At this point in time I think they were trying to pull a fast one on us. I also read that some of the wording they wanted in the resolution was not allowed to be put in it., but I don’t remember the excact wording of that.

I did go look up this resolution and it is a real one that was passed by the senate in late April 2008.

Anyway, I no longer believe that Obama is a natural born citizen.
