I know some many people who watched Sarah Palin at the convention and that was all they needed to watch. They haven’t watched any news since then.

They don’t watch CBS, NBC, ABC or CNN and only Fox a little.

They are still excited about her.

You’re absolutely right...and when they call her DUMB, they’re calling all the people in Alaska who voted for her dumb.

The bullies and the BSers of the airwaves think they can seal the deal tonight.

The recent surge to destroy her is the most ill-advised move the media could have made. They overstep their bounds and reveal themselves for the fools they are.

Let Sarah be Sarah .. Real.. not fluffed up like Obama cotton candy.

Perhaps they don't care if contempt for her translates into insult to us

They don't and they seem to pay no price for it either. sad

I live in Ohio and no amount of wagging tongues from the msm and the kool-aid drinkers on the left could take away even one ounce of pride I got when I voted McCain/Palin yesterday.

I didn't watch any of the pot-shots, full length, from Couric, have only seen the snippets that Fox replays. Last night, Bernard Goldberg none too kind about the Supreme Court thing, in a way, I can almost see his point, but really, Gov. Palin answered Couric, why was it necessary to once again, as she did with McCain's senate history, push with the insistent, "Any others?" after (I assume) the discussion of Roe v. Wade? To be frank, I couldn't think off the top of my head of any recent SC decisions that I disagreed with, not until Goldberg mentioned eminent domain. This exchange, the earlier on the senate history, both have me dumbfounded: are libdems going to tell me that they fear a Palin presidency because Putin or Ahmadinejad may subject Mrs. Palin to an American History pop quiz??

And oh, btw Katie, Charlie, Bernie, and anyone else who wishes to use Gov. Palin's responses as "too dumb to run for veep, 'cause she may be president" -- I believe it was presidential candidate Barack 0bama who answered the Supreme Court question with, "That's above my paygrade." I'll bet Gov. Palin knows there are only fifty states in this country and that none of them are named New Pennsylvania. Methinks she'd pass a pop quiz just fine, thank you very much.

Sarah puts these mealy mouthed, lilliputians to shame. Stupid people don’t do what she has accomplished. On the other hand, Biden has all the telltale signs of idiocy. Sarah does, and Biden talks about doing. That is the big difference between them, and the big difference between all the political pontificates and successful executives like Sarah. The only good electing a slug like Biden as VP will do is to get him out of the Senate where he hurts us.

Democrats think they can make Governor Palin into a laughingstock by following the Quayle/GWB playbook. But Dems could mock Quayle and W without offending any voters they needed. Privileged, classically handsome middle-aged, straight, white men aren't a big demographic for them. If, on the other hand, they offend all the voters that are likely to identify with Sarah Palin they will never win another election.

Democrats lit into Palin before her big convention speech and the backlash cost them their convention bounce. Incredibly, they are stepping into the same pile of steaming dung all over again.

They are now committed to the argument that Palin is a dunce. Whatever happens tonight, nobody will fail to notice that the Governor is much smarter, better informed and appealing than the other person on the stage. Not to put too fine a point on it, Biden is an ignoramus and a fool.

The Dems have set Sarah up to succeed and insured that when she does, it will do maximum damage to Obama’s campaign. All the ridicule and abuse will come back to bite them when people have a chance to make their own judgments.

This should be a small ray of sunshine as we watch McCain doing his best to miss an open net.

From a morning radio show. (Mike Xxxx?)

A maverick Repub reformer who took on the Repub establishment.

A VP candidate with only two years in a Governor’s mansion.

A “kid” far too inexperienced to be a heartbeat away....

Sarah Palin? Well, yes, but first Teddy Roosevelt. When McKinley won the election, but was then assassinated almost immediately, Teddy took over and became one of our great presidents. To Sarah’s critics, two words, the second being “off”.

Hi Jenny, McCain said it right this morning when he told Fox News that Sarah is still pulling 1,000’s of people whereever she goes.

Is Biden? How come we never see this on the news? Easy!! Cause it is TRUE!!!!!

They can hide the truth, but they CANNOT quell it.

Chances are, all this bashing is doing is increasing the resolve of us conservative to make our voices heard on November 4, maybe even some who rarely vote. I know some have said the media and Democrats are trying to discourage Republicans to skip the election because Obama is already sure to win; however, this can backfire if Democrats figure they don’t have to worry about their party winning and so stay home. I believe the Dems have a harder time getting their people to show up than Republicans.
