Well, the link worked for me...and what Rove said in those 4 minutes was extremely telling stuff...that even some of the Democrats know what a piece of excrement this Bail Out Bill really is...or at least their constituents do anyway.

...When you even have Economists from over 120 Universities across America, including George Mason, MIT, and New York University (not exactly bastions of Rock Ribbed Conservatism by any stretch) saying this plan is lousy, than you know it's a rotten idea from the get go.

So according to Karl, Pelosi was stupid enough to try and openly protect her committee chairmen, friends, and vulnerable Rat members by allowing them to vote no, while trying to get Republicans to make up the difference and to take the heat by voting yes.
