Yesterday's post about the fake presidential Obama coins provoked consternation among Obama supporters. They are upset at my "reporting skills" on the blog . . . upset that I provided citations showing where the information originated.
Upset that we caught the Obama presidential coin caper is more like it.
* Does anyone believe if the GOP had produced John McCain presidential coins and started handed them before the election had been held that there wouldn't be an uproar? * Anyone believe, for a nanosecond, that MSNBC wouldn't have interrupted programming with "Breaking News" and had the coins plastered over the network? * Anyone believe we wouldn't have to endure more synthetic Olbermann outrage and even a special comment decrying how outrageous and presumptuous of McCain to have coins manufactured before an election ? Give me a break!

The coin truely represents Hussein...Polished on the outside but empty on the inside.
As usual, the ‘Rats are sorry. Sorry they got caught, that is.
Dumping them on the market now while there’s still hope amongst the deluded.
Truly sick!
next thing Obamacamp will build a 1:1 Scale model of the White House and declare himself “elected”
The difference in the coins is that 0’s coin says PRESIDENT of the United States.
McCain’s says FOR PRESIDENT of the United States.
I think that’s the hubris Charlie Gibson was talking about.
The McCain Palin does not call themselves PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

Look closely at the inscriptions.
He could drag those Styrofoam columns back out of storage...
They might be strong enough to hold up a Styrofoam roof.
And at the conventions, both candidates were introduced as “The Next President of the United States.”
Hmmm, I don’t see McCain and president on the coin. DO YOU?
OK, let’s go with the obvious, something that alludes most of the Obama nutcakes.
The McCain coin is inscribed with the words “FOR PRESIDENT”. If the Obama coin was inscribed with the words, “for”, or “nominee”, or any other precursor reference, this would be a non-issue, wouldn’t it? You do see the distinction, don’t you?
When the two teams that will compete in the Super Bowl are determined, the NFL produces coins for the NFC team and the AFC team. The league doesn’t produce a Super Bowl Champion coin until a winner has been determined.
But you knew that, didn’t you?
