Ex, do your news sources say how the carbon credits money scam will work in Papau? It can work two ways, “give me carbon credits for not cutting down our forests” or “give me carbon credits for cutting down our forests because new growth sink carbon better than old growth.”
Really, they got the scam figured out to fit all scenarios.

For West Papau's governor in attendance, having been pacified at the prospect that an Obama presidency would enable him to make zillions trading carbon credits on the Chicago Climate Exchange, Barnabas Suebu would sit quietly as the fate of West Papau was decided. That would go for either Obama or McCain, wouldn't it? They both favor cap-and-trade and CCX is the only game in town.

Not cutting down the trees - but... it gets better... as you might know Obama is involved in the CCX as well.
