Yesterday a Poll from Sienna College was released showing that McCain was gaining on Obama in NY State. The most astounding part of the Poll was the Jewish Vote that represents about 12% of the total in NY is supporting McCain by a 54% to 32% margin. This is a MAJOR shift that if duplicated nationally can help move Key states including NJ and Pennsylvania to the McCain corner.
Previous Democratic Party candidates John Kerry and Al Gore, received 75-80% of the Jewish vote. In fact you have to go all the way back to the Jimmy Carter/Ronald Reagan election to find the Democratic candidate losing the Jewish vote on a National basis.

well, he doesn’t like Israel much. Self preservation.
It depends on what kind of Jew they are. I work with a liberal Jew and she supports Obama for pro-choice stand. She said her Jewish belief is that until a child is 7 days old they are not considered a person. So the answer to when life begins is when they are 7 days old. She stated that this is not the belief of all Jews. In fact, she said if you get 5 Jews in a room, you’ll get 5 different theological views.
Jews voting for B. Hussein Obama are about as smart as chickens voting for Colonel Sanders.
Ask her, “What percentage of abortions are performed before those seven days?”
I frankly don’t believe this. Good news if true, but VERY unlikely.
Been Jewish all my life. First time I hear that a child is not a person.
Self-preservatin would do it.
Not surpriced NY & NJ are so close.
There’s a Jewish joke says that a fetus becomes viable when it graduates from medical school.
Obama could end up being a major (HUGH) mistake by the ‘rats. Especially if voting blocks that have historically been ‘rat loyal are crossing lines.
Ping.
I believe this is very likely. It is about time that people particulary Jewish people woke up to the menace the Demonrat party is to Israel and US/Israeli relations.
That is not Jewish belief.

I was trying to figure out why this is suddenly happening. So I went looking. Found this very liberal Jewish paper. Every political article is pro-Obama.
And smack in the middle of it is this:
Bad News for Jewish Dems: Carter Speaking At Convention
The Barack Obama presidential campaign, still fighting hard to shore up the Jewish vote (this week Daniel Shapiro, an advisor to the campaign, signed on as official Jewish outreach coordinator) cant be entirely thrilled with todays announcement of additional speakers for next weeks convention.
Buried in a long list of names was one certain to raise the hackles of many Jewish voters: former President Jimmy Carter.
Its traditional to have former presidents speak at conventions; political observers point out theres no way the Democrats could have barred Carter without a ruckus that would undermine the show of unity the party has planned.
But theres also no way Jewish Republicans wont spin Carters involvement as just about the biggest news of the convention to a pro-Israel community that, by and large, regards him as hostile to the Jewish state, and maybe anti-Semitic as well.
Having Carter on the dais will also be an unwelcome reminder of 1980, when Ronald Reagan won 39 percent of the Jewish vote in his victory against the incumbent president a benchmark Jewish Republicans hope Sen. John McCain, their presumptive nominee, will match this year.
Carter will speak at the opening session on Monday night, which will be keynoted by Michelle Obama and feature more than a dozen other speakers. Also on the speakers list: Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. whose father, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, wont get any air time at the convention not surprising after his embarrassing open-mic comments about the man who will be the center of attention in Denver.
Oh, and remember there is a Israeli election right now. So Jewish security is on the voters’ minds.
