Actually its a moot point. Even if it was a fake passport and he was born in Kenya (which I don't believe), he's still a US citizen because of his mother was a natural born US citizen. The red herring is, everyone is looking at the law which states that the mother must have been a citizen for at least 5 years after her 16th birthday (impossible since she was only 18)-- but that is for American WIVES of foreign husbands. Barack Obama Sr. was already married in Kenya when he met Barry's mom and since bigamy is illegal in the United States, any marriage ceremony between the senator's parents was invalid. Great answer, and truly amazing to me. I wonder why that hasn't been FULLY discussed - at least on Fox News? And then there's a question of the authenticity of the Birth Certificate, too. If he was legally compliant, why all the questions on the authenticity of his birth certificate?
