What games do you see played?
Sarah Palin sounds like she has accepted the false premise of manmade global warming, or at least the possibility. She’s playing politics. She’s better when she says what she truly believes, instead of pleasing McCain.
The Left and MSM are desperately trying to paint Palin as evil. Bush is evil. McCain is Bush III. You must be rescued from Bush III.
On our side. Congress has a 9% favourability rating. The Do Nothing Congress is the problem. Obama is part of the problem. A typical politican with lots of empty promises, without any track record of results or major accomplishments. Obama has a track record of doing nothing. Obama is wrong on the Surge, wrong on the military budget cuts/missile defense, wrong on Taxes, wrong on Education, wrong on affordable housing, wrong on crime. Obama will make things worse. McCain Palin will fix things.
I wanna see a knife fight ... the one where Jesse Jackson gets the knife and Bambi is on the run.
To be honest, I'm not sure. Or I'm missing your point.
To me it seems Obama and Axelrod are just doing it 'the Chicago way'. As in Daley Machine with his army of flying monkey patronage workers, because that's the only way they know how to run a campaign. But from other threads I see on the board that method isn't going over too well with old time DNC honchos who now see Barry going down in flames and taking the down ticket candidates with him.
As to Alinsky -- IMO his methods won't work on a National level. There aren't enough 'Victims' or 'Persecutors' for Obama to come in as their 'Rescuer'. All the previous noise from him about 'Change' was empty rhetoric swallowed only by Moonbats and the MSM (yes I know, that's redundant) .
Barry was a Rock Star to them but in reality is a 'One Hit Wonder' whose time on the Top 40 has come and gone. Mostly due to the new Rock Star, 'Sarahcuda', who is our Elvis (or the Beatles) and connects with almost everyone.
