There's no evidence or proof or corroborating witnesses but that doesn't stop the conman from seeking his payday (with your help). They are all lies but obama can't address them without giving sinclair a platform from which to spread them further.

The point is that obama using Biden's family power to try to squash sinclair makes sense as a tactic whether or not sinclair is lying. And, it does nothing to prove his story either way.
