For some great political humor from campaigns past, check out this incredible
ARTICLE about early campaign commercials which includes videos of political commericials that were so corny that they are campy...and FUnnie!
Okay, ol' PJ dodged the Hurricane Ike bullet. Ike went well to the south and all we will get here is a bit of gusty wind and a lot of rain which is good since things will cool down a bit from the unbearable heat of last week.

He waited too long to react and he let McCain define Palin as the best thing ever. Yeah right. The media spent the first 5 days trying to roast Palin before she blew them out of the water.

And personal lives are the true windows into what a person believes. So cocaine use, black liberation theology, "commuity organizing", personal friendships and associations are all on the table? About time they admit it...

I wonder... how many of the thousands of newly registered voters we've been registering are getting polled? Given their probable sexual orientation, I'd say just about all of them.

Axelrod is Incompetent. I would rather have a 2nd year business consultant at McKinsey run his campaign, then Axelrod.Huh? A 2 year business consultant is qualified (no, PREFERRED) to run a campaign, but a 2 year governor isn't qualified for the vice presidency? I know the two positions are different, but this is too rich to pass up.

I'm not saying to encourage things we know are not true, but we need to know these people who want to run our country inside and out. And personal lives are the true windows into what a person believes. Be careful what you wish for, DUmmies and KOmmies. The more people look at Little Lord Obama and Plaigarist Joe's personal lives, the more people like McCain/Palin!

I think you could be right. In any case, Obama's team has done a bad job of messaging. He is getting lost in all this Palin coverage. It's not a bad job of messaging, it's the MESSAGE!

And personal lives are the true windows into what a person believes. Unless your personal life involved sitting in a pew for 20 years listening to an anti-American communist nutcase's ranting sermons, or hanging out with Weather Underground terrorists and helping them dole out millions to your political cronies. Those things are irrelevant.

I always cringed during the debates when he'd go "uhmm, uhmmm" and go into a two-minute answer instead of a thirty-second answer for his main point. I'm sure George Bush would give him some pointers on how to speak.

I honestly don’t pay attention to polls. It’s the Presidential campaign internals that tell the story and we don’t get to see those. If the DUmmies and Kos Kids are going to pin their hopes on polls, there will be plenty of alternate jubilation and suicides by November.
