McCain got the Bigger Bounce +17. This same poll had Obama up +7 last week, and now down 10. That is a 17 point swing.

And that doesn't even count the news of Boy Scouts rescuing thousands of flags from the trash at Invesco Field and giving them to the McCain campaign to be distributed by veterans at his rallies.

We bitter Americans who cling to our bibles and guns just love that kind of stuff. And not all of us are registered Republicans. These extremists who have hijacked the Democrat party ought to think about THAT when they show their true colors.

Oh but he does have political accomplishments that he can extol. If I remember an article in our local paper correctly, he had a sense of responsibility and the courage of his convictions to defy tradition and vote "present" over 100 times in the IL state Senate.
