The USA Today/Gallup poll completed on September 7 has the McCain/Palin ticket holding a 10 point lead over Obama/Biden.

This represents the first time McCain has led Obama by a double-digit margin since january, 2007. It also represents a 17 point swing in McCain's favor since the last USAT/Gallup poll completed on August 31 and the first time McCain has led Obama in the RealClearPolitics average since April.
Expect the panic in the Obama camp to spread accordingly.

The 0 campaign has to either explain why anyone making $50,000 a year is “rich” or they have to explain to their supporters that the 0 administration won’t able to take as much away from people who earned it to give the those who did not or they have to attack.

I saw the posts that showed the ten point lead. I just didn’t think of it in terms of the amount of change. This is almost scary. In a good way.
Not holding my breath, I mean, gonna pretend those numbers are reversed just for the sake of my sanity. :)
