I never understand why a true socialist wouldn't just move to one of the many socialistic countries that have the socialized medicine and all the other centralized cradle to grave planning that they want, and leave America the land of the free alone.

everything in the 'world' is controlled from the bottom dweller himself...if its a 'conert or die' doctrine, ie communism, islamofacism etc, then its only got one true motivator...my .02...

You nailed it. It's not that they want to go somewhere else where communism is practiced. It's that America is yet to be fully conquered, and is therefore considered fertile ground. Our people should have long ago shifted into the mindset required for a war. Call it what you want; a culture war, political war, a war of philosophies, a civil war... But it's a war all the same.

Additionally, you have to think of this in terms of somebody who can't have what you have, but they want to make it such that you can't have it, even though they would never have it anyway. This is what drives these people. They're too short sighted to realize that they really don't want communism here in America. But they see what we have because of God's grace and the blessing of a conservative lifestyle, and they hate us for it. They would never by choice have what we have, but they'll fight to keep us from having it as well. It's rather akin to a scorched earth policy in a war. We should bear that in mind when dealing with these people.

Clearly, yes.

The problem is, not everyone believes nor accepts that fact that evil is metaphysical (i.e., supernatural) as well as physical. At one time, when society was taught Christianity (in all it’s different incarnations - “freedom of Religion” meant the different variations of Christianity, as it was originally written - and the Bible was the first printed thing people actually read) people had an understanding of the nature of good (the moral) versus evil (the immoral).

Then comes the socialists - with their moral relativism, humanism, atheism, etc., and their goal was/is to destroy the old society (sweep it away) and replace it with a humanist Utopia.

Now of course, if you have no moral base, then ANYTHING is permissible - killing infants, killing the elderly for example, all in the name of “The Greater Good” or “The Common Good”.

That’s how they believe. And Christianity IS their enemy from the git-go; Karl Marx (old Moses Mordecai Levy himself) said it from the outset.

Pretty explicit annunciation of their intent...

So, that being said, we need to defeat Scratch’s foot soldiers in the ground war, while preserving our souls in the spiritual war.
