Vanity - What's up with the pucker-face, sideways peace sign?

I asked a teenager and was told the face is a THIZZ face made to tell the world, “I’m high, I’m on drugs” or as the teen told me “I’m an idiot!” And yes, that is a sideways peace sign. I guess if you’re thizzed, you can’t hold it upright.

The peace symbol, was invented way before hip hop, it was in the sixties, during the cold war.
Two flags straight up means nuclear, and two flags left and right down mean disarmament, that’s where the peace symbol came from. flags meaning signals for pilots etc.
