Don’t know what “this” means but the whole thing is just immitating the thug gang banger “gang sign” thing.
You front up some kind of cold stare, tuff pose, and throw your fingers out there or cradle your hands over your chest.
Some people call these people “wiggers”. The term is not a compliment and it isn’t just white people using it.
Want to know what it is? Dumb. And a sign our culture is going that much more down the tubes. Now tell them to pull their drawers up or their concealed weapon won’t be so concealed and they might shoot themselves in a foot.

I don’t know what < is. I’d think it is more of a sloppy “2 finger” gun (and the movies show you how to hold it “sideways” now).
The rotten face expressions are worse than the pseudo gang banger gesture. It is a coldness that says “you can’t smile” or else people will think they can put one over on you for being too trusting. You “got no game”. You’re a “punk” and not a “playa”.
If people want respect they should first learn to respect themselves. Being “popular” does not equate to being respected. The football team may all want to bang the nympho cheerleader but it is doubtful they are looking for anything long term.
