Should we be fighting fire with fire? The media and the Kos bloggers seem to be content to dredge up every minor detail from personal lives of Sarah Palin's kids. Since the media is determined to act in a partisan fashion as the enemy I wonder how hard it would be to fight fire with fire.
Now that internet use has become so ubiquitous how tough would it be for us to form a conservative group to investigate partisan media figures. Such a group could publish to the world the scandles and family troubles of partisan media figures like Chris Matthews in the same way that they are raking Sarah's daughter over the coals.
If we exposed just one media person to the sort of scrutiny that they have been giving to Sarah Palin's family it might be a deterant to the partisan hack journalism that has been going on. If this is a bad idea surely there must be some other way to fight back in way that hits them where it hurts, because I am tired of standing still and watching them try to embarrass this good woman's family. Thoughts anyone?
Calm down. This is just exposing the leftist for the fascist hypocrites that they really are. Let them dig. What ever they drudge up now is best to get out of the way. The thing that is doubly good about this is it is not really hurting Palin now. And, four years from now, when the real showdown is between her and Hillary all of this will be old news and worthless as a weapon.

The more the rats and their allies in the drive-by newsrooms attack Palin, the more they will piss off ordinary Americans (ie., non political junkies like us), especially women. They will defend and vote for Palin out of righteous indignation the way (I really hate to make this comparison, but it is apropos) many ordinary Americans supported Clinton when they thought the Republicans were kicking him too hard when he was on the ground.
The rats’ heads are going to explode when they realize what they’ve done.

Look for Palin’s numbers to go UP.
CNN especially is getting raked over the coals. Obama voters are deserting by the truckloads.

Follow the leads of Laura Bush and Cindy McCain today. They displayed grace and the spirit of competition, without acknowledging the unacceptable behavior of either the media or opposition.
What the media does not, and cannot comprehend, is that people are reacting to their coverage in exactly the opposite way they expected.
Then get Obama on the record explaining why the attacks continue when he called for a cease-and-desist.
Then follow that up with an ad asking "If Obama can't keep his supporters in line, how can he deal with Iran and Russia?"

I'm sorry FRiend, but we can't do this any more. Bush felt that responding to personal attacks was beneath the dignity of the President. Look where that got him.
He has kept us safe for 7 years next month, won two wars and has brought stability and democracy to Iraq. He Disarmed two rogue nations of thier Nuclear weapons programs without ever firing a shot ( Libya and N. Korea). With all of that he is the most hated man in this country all because the left continued to tell the same lies over and over again without a response until the American people accepted it as truth.
Goebbels said "tell a lie often enough and people will believe it no matter how outrageous it is".
We can not allow this to continue with the naive belief that if we give them enough rope they will hang themselves. All we have managed to do is get ourselves strung up. It is time to fight back and hit them hard.

We need to find the people he sold drugs to, we need to put Larry Sinclair up front of every nObama event, we need to find all these brothers who live in huts with a dollar a month income. We need to find all the women his POS father was "married to" and find out what has become of them. We need to make him answer why he can't produce a document he can get for $10 to prove he was born here. We need to find all the people who lost their homes due to Rezco. Where are the victims of the Weather Underground? We need to point out that you can not get a security clearance if you have been associated with the ADA and he is surrounded by former members. We need to point out his associations with member of the Communist Party.
We can not allow them to control the message anymore. It's time to keep him defending everyone he knows. We need to make sure he is giving one of his "that is not the person I knew" speech every day until the election. It is time to fight back.

When the exchange got to this point, I was screaming at the television.
No! I never heard that. (;>) It's going to be difficult for me but I'm going to have to tell everyone I know that Obama is being accused of being on the down low. It's probably not true that he would be an unfaithful cocaine user but these are serious charges and people should know. After all, the future of the country is at stake. This is so hard for me but I guess I must.

I generally avoid gender politics and pronouncements. They are usually canards. But these attacks against Governor Palin and her daughter are based on biological functions and thus, on gender. Only women can have children. Women often deal with shame and scorn if they become pregnant as teens. Men get a pat on their backs from dad in many cases.
We Republican men are chivalrous, and a loaded fist in our own right, but do not overlook how dangerous a mother can be when defending her child. That's the ground these evil, serpentine, despicable, loathsome Obamites are now treading on. And a loaded fist at the ballot box from the women of America is the very least these brain addled cockroaches deserve.
