For the record I voted for Sarah Palin in the FR poll, but was disapointed that only 40% of FReepers agreed with me.. I would like to see a new FR poll asking how many FReepers are happy with Sarah Palin.. I bet it would be 90% ---- the same as her approval rating in Alaska.... and soon to be her approval in the USA !!
On another note I wonder if anyone is making bumber stickers that say Vote for Sarah PALIN for VP... because come November that is what I will be doing... John McCain is tha baggage that comes with that vote.. and then in 2012 we (THE GOP) can regroup and consider are options at that time.. but for now.. I am fully on board with Sarah Palin as VP
now.... here is a line I have not used in a while
TOWARD VICTORY !!!

ctually, I think Hunter came around and finally endored McCain.
So I guess that makes Hunter a sell out on Amnesty, Global Warming and Embryonic Stem Cell Research doesn't it?
Oh the humanity. How WILL you go on my fiend?

Heh, these people are even weaker than lefties. They get immediately stifled when asked if they would rather see Obama win or McCain win. They cannot answer this question because they know if they answer it honestly, I’ll use it against them.

Apparently your 'problem' is that McCain isn't responding to you quickly enough. Here's a clue:
National security trumps all other issues. America is at war, which of the two candidates do you want in charge?
Apparently your problem is that you like to frame an argument leaving out issues that are equally as important as National Security (such as the protection of human life or the health and welfare of our economy which his Carbon cap-and-Trade system will destroy) or have a direct impact on National Security such as a secure border.

Infantile? I asked you for your source regarding your false accsuation. You have yet to provide this source. Challenging your false accusations is not ‘infantile’.

He's too busy trying to channel the Founding Fathers, he'll get back to you from the Obama Re-Education Camp. If you're going to talk about SoConPubbie, try pinging him instead of stabbing him in the back.

Exactly. These morons love to conjure up that whole "it took a Jimmy Carter to get us a Ronald Reagan" mantra, when in fact Ronald Reagan would have been elected on his own merits and positions with or without Jimmy Carter.
America was ready for Ronald Reagan in 1976, they didn't realize it until 1980.

No, apparently you have not been paying attention, I want McCain to win, if he is willing to do the right thing about the following:
1. Amnesty for Illegal Aliens
2. Implementation of a Carbon Cap-and-Trade system
3. Embryonic Stem cell Research
And in no situation do I want Obama to win, he is a Marxist as I have stated elsewhere. However, if McCain chooses to continue down the road of supporting such unethical, immoral, and unprincipled positions on the issues and my vote is the one vote withheld that causes an Obama win, the fault lies with McCain for choosing to do the wrong thing, not with me for demanding he do the right thing if he wants my vote.
In case you haven't figured it out yet, and you do seem to be slow tonight in the comprehension department, fear does not work as a motivating factor if you are dealing with issues of morality or principle, especially matters of life and death such as the abortion issue.

Once again: McCain has stated that human rights should be extended to the unborn at the moment of conception. How thick is your skull?
Here, chew on this:
" We must prove we have the resources to secure our borders and use them, while respecting the dignity and rights of citizens and legal residents of the United States. When we have achieved our border security goal, we must enact and implement the other parts of practical, fair and necessary immigration policy. We have economic and humanitarian responsibilities as well, and they require no less dedication from us in meeting them."
- John McCain
What part of THAT do you have a problem with? Sounds like "security first, immigration reform second".
As for global warming, your posts and your insipid 'my friend' bandwidth-wasting comments in this thread alone have raised the ambient temperature by at least 10 degrees.

And yet there has not been word one about dropping his support for Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
When he does that, publicly, I will believe him.
Until then, they are just words used to mollify concerned conservatives.
Oh, and by the way, there you go again, my friend.

I am not sure why you believe that Duncan Hunter's decision have any importance in how I will vote this election.
While I respect Duncan Hunter, I make my own decisions according to my own conscience.

Hunter initially endorsed Huckabee. He now endorses McCain.
Damn, now Hunter will have to disavow and/or change his positions or else there will be more wailing and gnashing of teeth by our friend with the imaginary friends.
*PING* to rabscuttle385, just to say 'BITE ME'. LOL
To: SoConPubbie
“Tell me, my friend, which false accusations am I making about McCain?”
Weren’t you the guy who was running around making false accusations against McCain, like claiming he leaked classified intel? Where did you get this accusation from? Did you just make it up?
You seem unwilling to answer my other questions as well. Who would you rather see win, Obama or McCain?
To: mkjessup

Yes, he did say that, he also has stated that his plan to secure the border involves having border governors (who are all currently open-border to some extent, two are Democrat and totally open-border, two(the republicans) are in McCain's camp concerning his Amnesty plan) certify the border is secure.
This is the same as John McCain saying that his McCain-Kennedy Amnesty plan was not amnesty.
Just a hint, he is not being honest about the whole affair as is also evidenced by his talk to La Raza where he stated that on day 1 of his administration he would exert all his energies to making sure his "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" was implemented.
By the way, as a self-declared vehement Duncan Hunter supporter, you really have drunk John McCain's kool-aid on this issue, haven't you?

Do you have memory problems or are you not keeping up with the thread?

Apparently, so did Duncan Hunter. You have already stated that if it somehow turned out that Obama winning was due to your NOT voting for McCain, your position would basically be "so be it", that reveals an enormous, indeed a monstrous ego throbbing away inside you, what it suggests is that you live such an inconsequential and impotent life that you crave that kind of power and influence, to actually "be the one" to put "The One" into the White House because John McCain didn't kow tow sufficiently to your ideological purity test.
Many posts ago, you called me 'pathetic'. I'm now convinced that was massive projection on your part.
Consider professional help, I'm serious. You worry me.
