Rendell: 'Bad Person' Wouldn't Support Universal Health Care Pennsylvania governor says Clinton's fight for 'universal care' in line with Obama
By Paul Detrick Business & Media Institute 8/25/2008 5:43:43 PM An opponent of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obamas health care proposal is a bad person in Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendells book, even if that opponent is Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Hillary has fought for universal health-care for all her life. The McCain plan is respectfully a joke. Sen. Obama has a real good plan to bring health care to every American, Rendell told CBS The Early Show co-host Harry Smith on August 25. She cares about that. If she didnt shed be a bad person and shes a very good person.
Rendell, who supported Clinton in the primary, said Obamas proposal to offer a government-run health insurance program should persuade Clinton supporters to back Obama.

Say, Ed. Would a “bad person” accept a $300,000 per year job at a hospital that doesn’t treat people who don’t have insurance?
I believe it. It's not just for us old geezers. Anyone that's "beyond saving" can be denied.
Democrats long ago spelled it out; to wit, said the 48-year-old Democrat Governor of Colorado Richard Lamm in 1984, "You've got a duty to die and get out of the way. Let the other society, our kids, build a reasonable life."
Supporters say that of course you have to be very sick first. How long will it take before . . . .
The left are such children. Healthcare for everyone would be nice but it isn’t financially possible. However, if a person has the thought process of a 5 year old that would never occur to them.
The left also doesn’t understand that there are people who don’t want health insurance. They’d rather have a BMW.
"If you don't vote for Obama, you're ipso facto a racist!"
"If you don't support ObamaKare, you're ipso facto a bad person!"
"Four legs good, two legs bad!"
Baa-baa-baa.
CA....
Once the “free” healthcare gig kicked in, how long do you think it would be before some “judge” declares that it is “unconstitutional” to not provide “free” healthcare to ANYONE from ANYWHERE who shows up at a hospital in this country. Talk about an invasion. “Free” healthcare is a disaster.
