On his radio broadcast this morning, Rush Limbaugh speculated that Michelle Obama may have an announcement to make in her speech to the Democratic Convention tonight.

I won’t try to predict the likelihood, but it definitely seems possible. And, if true, Rush’s comment will significantly affect the announcement (if it happens).
