Only if you and other adament prolifers allow it to be by refusing to vote for McCain a longtime committed prolife supporter. I really fail to see the logic in any of this. Not voting for a commited prolifer at the top of the ticket thus allowing a committted babykiller at any cost to become President with a Congress controlled by babykillers at any cost.
