Except the Clintonites and Pame Geller both claimed to have vetted Techdude. COuld they both be lying? I suppose, but it is doubtful.

Bob Beckel on Hannity and Colmes spread the "whitey" tape claims, and he's an Obama guy. The scam that I do know for sure is that Obama Certificate of Live Birth is bogus - 100% certainty fraudulent.
It's my understanding that Techdude's finding--that Obama's COLB is forged from his sister's--has been replicated.
As far as credentials go, somebody called “Techdude” claims credentials, but never presents their real name or the credentials. They have only claimed to have “credentials”.

Even if this were true, Congress would pass special legislation making Soetoro-Obama a “natural born citizen” and allowing him to run. The ‘Pubbies will vote with the Democrats lest they be called “Divisive” or “Racist.” McCain would be the first to vote for the legislation.
I’d be happier if this were in Hillary!’s hands.
As for his real name, I cannot fault anyone for using a pseudonym in a situation like this one. The Obamabots will not stand for anyone challenging their messiah.
A guy who set up a petition about the birth certificate shut it down in short order after receiving death threats against his family.
That said, several site owners posting his material have indicated that they do know Techdude’s true identity.
You are no doubt right that he is the candidate. I would expect that the courts would just rule in his favor, a la the Toricelli-Lautenberg fraud.
This exercise is still useful though. It will hurt him if the public finds out that he concealed material information.
If BO/BS was born in that beautiful state of HI, what need did he have to forge his sister’s CoLB?

Folks, we have gone over a billion times that the Obama's COLB is beyond certainty an altered document which makes it fraudulent. We know Obama has claimed the COLB to be a genuine document.
At the moment, the reasons are unknown for the making of the bogus COLB to fool the public. Some poster take speculation and premises said as fact, but as most know are only said to flush out possible motives.

I’m repeating myself (a habit I’ve acquired with the mellowing years;) but- I’m far from convinced that Maya’s name is anywhere on or near Barry’s COLB on his site. It’s yet to be SHOWN as we’ve seen other images and how they were- or could have- easily been manipulated.
The Maya COLB as original doesn’t pass the WTH test for me- and that doesn’t mean I think either Pam Geller or Texas Darlin are trying to pull a fast one- they could have been bamboozled as well.
It’s clear that the document of COLB on Barry’s Fight the Smears site is a fake- beyond that all we can do is speculate as to WHY it was done and what possible information was he attempting to hide..
Remember- at some point- the other side is going to start playing their own dis-information games.

Drop the McCain being born in Panama as a disabling status for him running for President. This is a settled issue.
The law in the United States specifically states that a child born of an American Citizen who has been posted at Government orders to an overseas post is considered to be born a as a Natural Born Citizen. His parents, being ordered to go, are considered embassadors (note the spelling... not Ambassadors, Embassador is an archaic word for a type of diplomat. Both are based on the Latin word ambactus meaning ‘servant’, the word embassy derives from the same root), and any issue proceeding from them while serving on a posting is a Natural Born American Citizen holding allegiance only to the United States. People posted by government order to foreign places are acting in Allegiance to their national interest and their children derive their allegiance from that allegiance.
Part of the problem you and others who think that McCain, being born in Panama, is disabled from serving as President, are having is that the Term "Natural Born Citizen" used in the Article II of the Constitution, has been confabulated in the past hundred years to mean "Native Born Citizen."
When we look at Constitutional meaning, we have to look at what the meaning of words and phrases were at the time of its Framing. The term "Natural Born Citizen" is not "Native Born Citizen" and had a different legal meaning in 1789. Its usage predates the Constitution, going back to at least the 12 Century, and had the Framers intended to use another phrase, such as "Native Born Citizen, they would have. "Natural Born" has to do with derived 'natural' allegiance one has to one's Nation of birth.
Natural Law uses the same adjective to modify "Law" as "Natural Born" uses to modify "Born Citizen." They both have the same connotation. Natural law and natural rights follow from the nature of man and the world. We have the right to defend ourselves, our families, our village, our nation, our leaders, and our property, and this right follows from our Natural birth as members of families, villages, and nations, or as lieges of our leaders. When one is born one derives one's Natural allegiance from one's parents allegiances.
English Common Law is the basis for much of our our Law and Jurisprudence and it established long before the Constitution was written that Natural Born Citizens did not necessarily have to be born within the borders. Exceptions were established for citizens posted to foreign countries at the order of the King such as ambassadors and embassadors. When England started building their Empire (see there's that prefix again), they extended it in common law to children born of Merchants living in foreign countries. Our law does not go that far but does recognize it for diplomatic and military postings.
McCain's parents were not in Panama under any allegiance to the Panamanian government but were there, following orders from McCain's father's and mother's allegiance to their government. His Natural Born Citizen ship rights derive from his Father's allegiance to the United States of America, who in response to that allegiance, was working for his nation's interests in a Foreign country, at his Commander-in-Chief's orders. His son derives his allegiance and his Natural Born Status from that allegiance.
The Sense of the Senate vote for McCain was totally unnecessary.
Confirmation that the certificate is a forgery has NOTHING to do with Larry Johnson. It has been confirmed by multiple experts, several of whom have independently found that the original certificate it was based on was issued to Maya Soetoro.
So, no, this is not a wild goose chase.
The forgery put out as legit is indeed a problem. Not just a legal problem but a known lie by a presidential candidate never looks good. Um, that is, if people hear about it.
With the Soviet-style MSM we have in this country now (John Edwards case in point!), that can be a real problem.
There could be a video of Obama sitting at his desk rubbing on his birth certificate with a pink rubber eraser, and no paper in this country would print it except the National Enquirer.
Yes, Obama’s hiding details of his past and nationalities IS the problem. Most likely there is nothing in the actual background to disqualify him to be President, but shrouding these documents in secrecy OR, worse, actually forging them for online perusal SHOULD BE deadly for a candidacy.
