Rasmussen reports that nearly half of African Americans consider Barack Obama's "Dollar Bill" comments racist. That is a staggering number and spells big trouble for Obama. That may be troubling for Obama, but it's encouraging for the rest of us who don't want to view America through race-colored glasses.
