There are four justices over seventy years of age: Stevens 88, Ginsberg 75, Scalia 72, and Kennedy 71. Of these, only Scalia is conservative. With McCain, the GOP can own the Court for decades with conservative replacements. But will he campaign on this issue?

I will be voting for an Independent Conservative.

Independent Conservatism is much more closer to my own thoughts and philosophy, that's why. It is personal choice, I suppose it cannot be argued. To each is own.

As I recall, a couple of good conservative judges got a vote and got confirmed after that compromise. Without it, we’d have probably had no appointments at all.

I’m a big McCain supporter. I call him a pragmatic conservative. And he’s a long long shot better than the other guy in the race.

If there is one person I cannot stomach MORE than McCAIN--who also brings up the chunks of barf when I ponder him as President, then it has to be OBAMA.

That is why NEITHER OF THESE TWO MEN will get my vote this year.
