All Orthodox Jews (at least theoretically).

As I said, I am not defending islam. However, I am defending the ancient pre-Western worldview which islam shares with Judaism, that there is no such thing as "religion" separate from the rest of life. That's all.
Judaism is a covenant with a specific nation rather than a missionary religion, so there it differs from islam (though it is supposed to be missionary for the Noachide Laws). However, theoretically and objectively the world is a Theocracy governed by Halakhah (Mosaic for Jews, Noachide for non-Jews). All history is moving towards the Redemption when this will be made manifest to all.
Not enough. & that's the main reason we are in this mess.
