Fortunately Reagan knew he wasn’t God. Too bad the grand old plantation has decided that they are.
McCain was by no means my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice. However, come October I will become a McCainiac....
To paraphrase Bill Clinton, it all depends on what the meaning of the word Republican is.
Nope. Sorry. Most of today's republicans don't have a republican bone in their body.
Maybe someone can get McCain to quit bad mouthing President Bush about the War in Iraq and now Afghanistan.
I think that just applies to members of the republican party. I am no longer a member of the party - so I’ll feel free to criticize them when they deserve it (which is often).
Reagan himself would be appalled at where the “Republican” Party has taken itself and who represents it.
The old logic applied 20 years ago. Not today.
McCain was my last choice, except for Ron Paul.
If I get into a discussion of Paul and his minions, I would have to break the 11th Commandment.
Which is EXACTLY why the GOP has become what it is today; Watered down Socialism.
The Lemmings are running, better hurry up and get in line.
I wish we Republicans were as loyal to our candidate as “dim”ocrats are to theirs, but alas, we are not. If our candidate doesn’t meet every requirement that the hard core right of our party demand, then they take the attitude, scr*w him. The “dims” on the other hand, would vote for their man, no matter how evil or foul smelling that candidate might be....sad, so sad.
Reagan also said something about running off a cliff with all flags flying.
does that count for rhinos?
if we were we’d win a lot more elections.
And this is a good thing in your mind? To be completely unquestioning and totally loyal to a politician?
I will not overlook McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy and McCain-Lieberman.
Too bad McCain never followed this Commandment. That is part of why conservatives have no strong love for him. He and Romney are more than willing to throw anyone under the bus.
Now, just drink your Koolaid and you’ll feel much better. (Ol’ Juan said so.)
That is not what I said. McCain rino that he is will be far better for the country than Hussein Obama.
And no doubt you will be thrilled with the Hussein Obama administration. Bet you beat me to the Kool Aid first.
