bambi was sharing the apartment with the white guy (who is now married with kids). The paki queer on the sofa was a "friend". bambi and the paki became "roommates" shortly after the picture was taken.
The paki, whose name I forget, was written about in bambi's book but the name was altered. He currently lives in Seattle and is involved in "the theater".
It should be easy enough for some Seattle area freeper to nose around and determine if the paki guy lives an alternative lifestyle.
