Maybe there is NO BC in Hawaii it would have been leaked by now. Money will do lots of things and it would put us looking in the wrong place. Out of the box folks.

Fukino and Onaka said that they "personally verified that Hawaii has Obama's original birth certificate ON RECORD.

The key word is "ON RECORD," meaning that Hawaii acknowledges having Obama's BC in the "virtual world" of a computer database, but not in the real world of a sealed envelope stuck in a metal file.

If they did, they would have said, "Obama's original birth certificate on file."
