Defendants Obama and DNC Desperate to Delay Discovery [UPDATES]
October 7, 2008 by texasdarlin

Interesting.

Why would Barack Obama and the DNC File a Motion to Delay Delivery of Obama’s Citizenship Documents?
Well, I’ll take a wild guess. Maybe he doesn’t have any that haven’t been Photoshopped.

It seems that Obama’s team assumed that this case would be dismissed by now. But the judge is taking his time; not sure what that means…

Compared to most litigation, this case is moving at breakneck speed. I don't see how Berg gets over the issue of whether he is a proper party plaintiff--he doesn't have standing.

Fact that the judge has not yet kicked him out on these grounds indicates either that the judge intends to hear the case or that this case is being strung out to impede the filing of another case.

Berg, or other taxpayers and citizens of Pennsylvania might have standing to sue the chief state electoral officer to get Obama off the ballot. Should have been joined when the case was filed. Should have joined the designated Obama electors. Too late to do that? Maybe--maybe not.

Anyone who has given money to the RNC or any of the national Republican fund raising efforts ought to write, email, or call any contacts they have available and urge them to get counsel to intervene in Berg's case to support him.

The quality of his papers appears to have improved which implies that he has and is getting help from some competent source.
