"Why are you using 6 for August? It should be 8. Mybe you need to use the 08-04-61 format or perhaps 04-08-61. Sometimes the day comes first.
I realized I posted the wrong month. But when I filled out the field I did put 8 for the month. No the date doesn't come before the month. It shows to put it as mm/dd/yyyy
