I don't know for sure what you are looking at, but I noticed on some of those COLB for Barack one said;
1. Barack Hussien Obama II
.................Hussien

Another said;
2. Barack Hussien Obama II
....Barack Hussien Obama II

And another said;
3. Barack Hussien Obama ( think or maybe it had a II also)
