Well I am laughing my arse off! Toot! Toot! Hey Beep! Beep!

Ok re: this

While there, he worked for an oil company ...

That is the first time I recall seeing that about BO, Sr. I thought he just went to Hawaii to go to school. Didn’t Lolo Soetoro work for an oil company?

Yes, Lolo did.

Maybe Barry introduced Lolo to Anna Toot? Now that would be a Hoot!

It is all confusing. Normally, the story and evidence of a person's birth is straightforward. For a few people there are some twisty bits. But the case of the Birth of the Obama is sui generis -- that's an ad wordinem term for "a thing unto itself!"

About Obama nothing is known for sure, except that he was born, and born around 1961 give or take two years, and that Stanley Ann (of many aliases), US citizen was his mom, and Barack Obama, Kenyan, was his father.

How many names have he and his mom gone by?

In any case, by their oath to uphold the US Constitution that should imply that our officeholders make a serious effort to clear up the facts of his birth. The Constitution requires it.

And that oath -- already taken by McCain and Obama both, means they have a man's duty to live by it. To present the whole truth, with no regard to how it might harm them. Yes, every citizen has a right against self-incrimination, yet when a man takes office and takes that oath -- he must abide it even when upholding the Constitution means hemust testify against himself. Nixon, in that regard, was a man, for he resigned rather than risk violating his oath to uphold the Constitution.

the first time I read that quote, I thought Stepgrandmother Sara is a little confused, she's mixing up her characters, Stanly Ann Dunham's mother's nickname was Toot, and Stanly Anne's second husband worked for an oil company. She's mixing them all up from what she was told at the first time that Obama visited Kenya. Just a simple village woman, really. Now lives in the UK, goes to pubs and plays bingo...
