I finally found a reference that has Abo b. 1968 and Bernard in 1970. Oh well.

there are some interesting images at that link you posted: the one below is captioned Obama mom and step dad in Indonesia

however, the following image is from a photograph taken in Hawaii. Both appear to be taken during the same period:

captions are meaningless.The top image would appear to be at an airport...in Hawaii
