Did you notice that the Certificate No's. have their birth year in them?

Patricia DeCosta 151 1930 010259

I presume the 151 is the county number. Not sure what the last number refers to, but it appears there would have been NO REASON to block out Obama's number.

I had noticed that.

Yep, no reason why Obama can't have the Registrar's office open the records and people to verify that the certificate is valid.

We have Presidential candidates releasing their Income Tax forms for everyone to see. Why can't we have an actual certificate number from a CoLB...?

I always maintained that - THERE NEVER WAS A NUMBER! The big black rectangle was nothing but a cover for a BLANK SPACE!

but that's just IMO. (It's not where he was born that's the issue, it's WHO HE IS!)
