I know what MuMu's look like. I wore one of them also. This is not a MuMu.

This is a typical maternity top of the 60's.

It looks too long for a maternity top to me. I think it is sort of a prairie dress/sack. We all wore them in the sixties. But I miss my muu muu,,I remember that my sisters and I all were young, having babies and loved our mumus. In fact I have apic of me in one in 1972!!
