I also noticed a faint line that seemed out of place that runs through the “state of Hawaii” seal at the top of the page that seems out of place with the embossing or watermark that makes up the background. It might just be part of the design, but it looked like something had been misaligned. I

I thought it was a fold line but it was in an odd location for a fold.

I thought so at first, too, but it was the same color as the surrounding background...just not consistant to the rest of it. Odd to me. A real, embossed/engraved document shouldn’t have that kind of a mistake in it, should it?
