If word doesn’t get out, it’s possible the case may not be forwarded to the rest of the US Supreme Court. Justice Suoter is NOT the person I wanted this case to go to, but he had right of first review under the rules. And the rules were not followed by the SCOTUS Clerk’s office who tried to convince me to drop the case. Suoter was supposed to read this on Monday, but the Stay Clerk didn’t give it to him until Thursday. Totally unethical.

This case was stopped. Why? I don’t have enough information to say who was behind it and why, but I know for a fact the case was not handled correctly. And I know that the law and the facts of this case have the ability to strip Obama of the Presidency.

I argued the same law as to McCain and Roger Colera as well, and I, I’m not backing down.

I need people to help spread the word about this case so that it has a chance of getting to Justice Clarence Thomas’s desk and to the rest of the Court.

The Supreme Court rules are clear. Under Rule 22(6), I was entitled to be informed of the disposition of my case by “appropriately speedy means”. Having submitted it on Monday, I heard NOTHING from Mr. Bickle by Thursday.

But he, a lousy Clerk, disposed of the case when he got it back on Monday, but refused to inform me. Why didn’t he inform me by “speedy means” that the case was not passed on to Justice Suoter?

This is NOT the way the US Supreme Court usually does business.”

Do you really think there’s anything that can stop this man from being sworn in? Even Michelle said there’s no law that will stop him. And there are no law MAKERS who will lift a finger to stop him even if it’s proven he was born in Kenya and joined Al Queda as a kid. Everyone is willing to destroy the country rather than risk a race war.

We've all heard the story that Madelyn Dunham passed away during the night between 3 and 4 am in Hawaii on election day November 5th. A tearful Obama reported the news of her passing in Tampa Tuesday morning at around 8 am.

Well early this morning it was reported that Madelyn Dunham passed away at her apartment, attended by Maya Soetoro Ng, Sunday night around 11 pm on November 5th. It was also reported that no funeral arrangements were announced.

I went to KPUA, the local news radio site to find this story and came up with nothing, though I'd heard it three times this morning.

This was staged drama. Words for this are unspeakable.
