So the question is: was there a copyright violation? The author adroitly skirts that little issue. I strongly suspect that there is a copyright on the videos in question, or their content.

JHM (John Hagee Ministries) directed all copyrighted content be removed. HOWEVER: YouTube went overboard and removed much more...including Atlas’ filming at AIPAC. The “over tenacity” that YouTube committed should be corrected.
It doesn’t seem to be a very good system. Anyone can claim to be an official and then the censorship has legs? That means CAIR can claim something that isn’t true and YouTube goes ahead and shuts down a post or a whole account! Re: MotionBox - There was NO good reason for the MotionBox harassment of Atlas. There was no good reason to censor my personal ISA videos that I had posted. ISA videos had to have someone complaining.... Yes, the internet community is still trying to figure out how to work all this out.BUT,in the meantime, certain “people” have and are using it to their advantage.
