I can’t. I just can’t. I know I should, but I just can’t. Maybe that means I’ll rot in H#ll, but I am just so sick of these wastes of skin. And if I do, knowing this worthless excuse for a human being is there with me may provide some small comfort, if such is possble.

Remember that her brain is probably damaged from drug use, and that in turn may have resulted from a traumatic past. We are not privy to God's plan with respect to individual humans, but do find solace in the knowledge that He will take vengeance on all of His enemies, that they are building up their own judgment for the day of wrath. Think of how those who hate Him today will answer Him tomorrow.
This woman is just a footsoldier in Satan's army. Perhaps she will be delivered from her sin, perhaps not, but either way, God is glorified.
