KFYI Radio in Phoenix is reporting an incident that took place this past Monday morning in a Phoenix residential neighborhood. Former Congressman turned talk radio host, JD Hayworth, reports that three suspects were captured in an attempted ambush on Phoenix Police which may have turned deadly. The three suspects were captured with two AR-15 assault weapons, full body armor and dressed in black assault gear impersonating a Phoenix Police Tactical Team.

I’ve been folowing this for a few days here on FR. This is serious. However, this headline is in no way supported by the story.
Just three free-booting Mexican soldiers sent to murder American law enforcement officers.
Nothing to see here my friends . . .
Should Italy declare war against the USA for a CIA kidnapping on Italian soil?
McCain goes ballistic when asked about amnesty or related topics. Something is mentally off with McCain in addition to him being creepy. Let’s not forget he voted against the Cronyn amendment - one of only ten GOP Senators who opposed barring terrorists and criminals from US.
“Act of War” gets my vote...
I know what you mean. The White House just might go after those who dared to apture this trio.
I think we're beyond act of war with this.
The CIA kidnapped a Muslim cleric, an Egyptian national, on Italian soil. These apparently rogue Mexican army officers shot up the home of an Arizona law enforcement official and murdered him. When you attack the law enforcement personnel of another country, it’s an attack against that country’s government.
Comments like that make me wish FR had a voting system, so I could vote that one up.
Grain of salt bump.
Nowhere in this article nor in any of the previouse threads or articles has this been stated. The home was NOT that of a LEO. ONLY in this blogger's headline does that allegation exist.
Then we'll have to ask the Mexican government to allow us to let THOSE Americans to not serve terms in OUR prisons.
“None of the men accused in a deadly west Phoenix home invasion this week is an active member of the Mexican military, according to Phoenix police.
Daniel Garcia-Saenz, 24; Manual Garcia-Trejom, 25; and Rodolfo Madrigal Lopez, 19, were arrested Sunday night in connection with the slaying of Andrew Williams, 30, who was gunned down in his home in the 8300 block of West Cypress Avenue.
The assailants wore body armor, had assault-style rifles and used more than 100 rounds of ammunition.
After the arrests, one of the men - whom police have not identified - told a police officer that he had received some military training, said Sgt. Joel Tranter, a police spokesman.
That statement launched speculation that members of the Mexican army invaded the home.”

You are correct. The victim is not identified as a LEO.
And the perps are not “active” members of the Mexican army.
I jumped the gun on this. I've gotten in the habit of assuming the worst.
No problem.
It took the AZR three days to do this story. I’m suspicious of the denial of military involvement. These invaders were wearing TAC gear and had PhPD POLICE shirts. 1-3 others are still out there...can’t get a right count.
I’m sure the Mexican soldiers were working their second job (for the drug cartels) and that the President and Congress will see this as a good reason to send more money to Mexico.
Personally, I see this as an excellent reason to build Korean DMZ type defenses along the border with Mexico - minefields, stacks of concertina wire, bunkers, military patrols and rapid-response gunships.
This is an act of war. Bush should be jumping all over the Mexican government.
Just a play on words. Don't beat yourself up over this. There is more to this story, a lot more.
“...just so MacDonalds can afford to put lettuce and tomatoes on our whoppers.”
Very few people are allowed to touch my whopper, much less put lettuce and tomatoes on it.
Pingaroo: CA: Gang member arrested in killing of dad, 2 sons (MS-13, "nothing more than a soccer group")
I'm just trying to help
; )
we’re going to loose our country just so MacDonalds can afford to put lettuce and tomatoes on our whoppers. ......MacDonalds doesn’t make Whoppers, much less than they use tomatoes.
