That is this gals side of the story.
An unstable pair with two children.
The gal makes excuses for the guy’s attack.
No stability for the kids.
The emotional damage that is already done to the kids and will continue.
If two people want to play house, don’t drag kids into the side show. If you can’t support the kids or give them stability with just the basics, don’t have kids or expect CPS to do their job.
Man in jail for domestic violence, more than once.

Without hearing both sides of the story, it’s impossible to say what truly happened, so I will stick with my own standard response when considering the actions of CPS: I assume that CPS is up to No Damned Good (TM) and is generally lying any time they’re talking, until they prove otherwise.
CPS may be the spawn of Satan but this woman is nuts!!!
There is alot that can be said about this.
The main point besides all the others about this women’s choices in life:
NEVER LET CPS IN YOUR HOUSE.

Ahhhh, there seems to be a problem here.
She should invoke the OJ standard, which in his case was kill the other parent and then get full custody.

I’ve been in lots of situations where I knew people who were victimized by CPS, myself included.
It was many years ago for me, but I remember thinking these people weren’t really concerned about my kids at all, they were really all about satisfying their bureaucracy.
Thank God we had the means to fight them, but I can tell you there are many good, poor people who have been tortured by these people.
It’s not about protecting the kids. It’s about control and money. The services get money from the feds for every file they open. The longer it is open, the more money they get. It’s sort of like cops with tickets, some are justified, and some you know they are filling their quota. And they really don’t care if they have wrecked your driving record.
Her daughter is 2 and will be 4 in July. Her “common law” is the father of the daughter, not the son. No electricity in the house. Her parents were the “only ones” who could pass a criminal background check. I suspect the kids were filthy, unfed, and no record of doctor visits. The woman writing this is obviously as stupid as a sack of rocks.
“Common law” in jail for family violence and terroristic threats. She won’t prosecute. Someone called CPS and reported something, but it was just vengeful lies from a former “friend”. When her common law decides to throw her through the window or choke her with an extension cord, I hope the kids are not home.
Yeah, keep tabs on CPS and all other powerful govt reps — they are not always your friend, but understand this as well — there are a lot of people just too damn sorry to raise kids.

hmmmm she said the cops were called because of domestic violence.... now she has committed perjury in order to get him out of jail? Somehow the “system” is not the problem.
